Constitutional Complaints

A constitutional complaint is one of the most vital instruments for protecting the constitutional rights and freedoms of an individual, allowing one to appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine against a law of Ukraine or its specific provisions that were applied in a final judicial decision and, in the applicant's view, contradict the Constitution of Ukraine.
